Press ReleasesFocklaghyn-naightPress Release 14/11/00 Loan of International Bonds & Share Certificates The International Business School is delighted that Ian and Tina Moncrief-Scott have loaned four framed share certificates for display in the business school's boardroom. Ian is a member of the International Bond and Share Society (www.scripophily.org) and the shares are from his private collection. Professor Roger Carey, Director of the Business School commented that he was extremely pleased when Ian came forward with his offer. He said, "the share certificates make an interesting feature in the boardroom and they are particularly apt as they relate to international business and finance." Several individuals on the Island have also made kind donations to the International Business School. Mr Tony Hall, a one-time Deputy Director of the University of Bradford Business School, has given the business school a library of business-related books. Large potted plants, including a 15 foot tall palm, have been provided for the reception area by Mr & Mrs Edward Turnbull. "It is most encouraging that these individuals are supportive and have come forward to help the International Business School. Any donations of this nature are very useful and will be warmly received."
