Notes:
- Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
- Our rates can be negotiated for short hire periods or weekend bookings.
- Discounts are available for multiple and long term bookings and registered charities.
- A range of audio/ visual and IT equipment is available as standard.
- Other items may incur additional charges.
- Refreshments and catering can be provided by The IBS, or hirers have the option to bring in their own caterers (see Refreshments + Catering)
- Room bookings on Weekends, out of the normal opening hours of the building (Saturday: 10:00-4:00 or Sunday: 11:00-4:00) will incur caretaker charges at £15 per hour.
