You will need to pay the IBS in full for the course, claiming independently to the DED for financial assistance. The DED reviews its support at various times and there is no guarantee that support will continue. All DED support is granted on the condition that students provide feedback to the DED on completion of their programme of study. For further information about DED funding, contact them on E: training@gov.im T: 687156 or visit http://www.gov.im/ded/training
Tax relief is available if you pay for your own vocational training subject to certain conditions. This training relief is available for course fees, books, materials and stationery. For further information contact: Sue Madigan, Income Tax Enquiries, Income Tax Division, Bucks Road, IM1 3TX, E: sue.madigan@gov.im or T: 685400.
